Full Time Merchandiser Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Tan Hak Heng Johor - Maukerja

* Education: SPM

* Transport: A valid driving license (e.g., Class D in Malaysia) and own transport (car ) to travel across multiple supermarket outlets.

* Experience : At least 2 years

* Shelf Stocking & Arrangement: Fill store shelves, end-caps, and promotional displays according to brand planograms and layout guidelines.

* Product Rotation (FIFO): Practice First-In, First-Out rotation so older stock moves to the front and newer stock goes to the back.

* Quality & Expiry Checks: Inspect items daily to pull, remove, or replace expired, damaged, or near-date products.

* Inventory & Out-of-Stock (OOS) Reporting: Track stock levels on handheld devices (PDAs) and report out-of-stock items or replenishment needs to the depot/supplier.

* Price Tag & Promotion Verification: Ensure correct pricing labels, shelf tags, discount stickers, and promotional campaign materials are visible and accurate.

* Visual Merchandising: Build attractive product blocks, seasonal setups, and thematic displays that catch customer attention.

* Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with store managers, department heads, and delivery drivers regarding stock arrivals and display changes.
