PERSONAL ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Hin Lim Furniture Manufacturer Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Sales Reporting — Prepare and update the weekly sales dashboard; produce the sales forecast (current and next month); monitor the waiting list and follow up with the relevant purchaser on outstanding items.
• Ecommerce Maintenance — Maintain product information and status on the ecommerce website; search for and upload correct customer/product photos; keep listings accurate through routine data checks.
• Marketing Materials — Prepare promotion lists and pricing updates; send email newsletters to new leads and existing customers; update the customer email list with Marketing's input and approval.
• Alibaba Store Maintenance — Keep product listings current; optimize titles, images, and pricing tiers for visibility and conversion.
• Swatch & Catalogue Housekeeping — Organize and arrange the preparation of swatches annually; maintain catalogue in the showroom and management's room.
• Ad Hoc Support — Assist in other business or operational tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
