Full Time Senior Mechanic Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in MRD Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanic to service, diagnose, and repair motorcycles while supervising workshop staff and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform motorcycle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Inspect motorcycles, identify technical issues, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Supervise, guide, and train junior mechanics and workshop staff.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, tools, and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, spare parts used, and service reports.
• Monitor recurring technical issues, warranty claims, and service trends.
• Prepare daily and weekly workshop performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with workshop procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a motorcycle or automotive workshop.
• Technical Diploma or relevant certification in automotive or motorcycle mechanics is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship and safety.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
• motorcycles repair: 1 year (Preferred)
