Full Time Store In-charge/Supervisor (Pharmacy) - Light City Penang Jobs, in GCH Retail (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent; Degree is an added advantage.

At least 2–4 years of retail experience, with leadership or supervisory exposure.

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with strong business acumen.

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and reporting.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Few position(s) available in Klang Valley area (Klang, Mont Kiara & many more).

Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Drive sales performance through effective planning, promotions, and upselling strategies.

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards.

Manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.

Conduct staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store environment.

Liaise with management on sales performance, operational issues, and improvement plans.

Any related tasks assigned from time to time.
