Full Time Line Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Renesas Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum SPM / O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma.

At least 1–3 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor in the semiconductor industry.

Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Lead and supervise manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve production output, quality, and cycle time targets.

Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement, and RPA projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS requirements, and relevant industry regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
