Full Time Foreman / Mechanic Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in WLK Motor Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years working experience as Foreman, Senior Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or similar workshop role

Strong hands-on knowledge in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair

Able to diagnose common mechanical problems

Experience in engine, brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and general repair work

Able to guide junior technicians and work as part of a team

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under workshop pressure

Automotive qualification such as SKM Level 3 is an advantage

Experience in authorised service centre or automotive workshop is preferred

Possess valid driving licence

Willing to work in Kulai, Johor

Diagnose vehicle problems and perform troubleshooting

Carry out repair, servicing, maintenance, and inspection work

Handle more complex mechanical repair jobs when required

Guide and support junior technicians / mechanics

Check repair quality before vehicle handover

Assist in allocating jobs and monitoring workshop progress

Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop management

Identify additional repair work and report findings clearly

Ensure jobs are completed according to workshop standards and timeline

Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools

Follow company SOP and service procedures
