Experience with mobility platforms or public transport systems is an advantage.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, ridership, ticket sales, and revenue for the express bus service.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including fare deals, route launches, festive campaigns, school holiday promotions, and seasonal offers.

Manage end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns and continuously monitor performance to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, covering content planning and overall content direction.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads together with the digital marketing team.

Oversee the website and mobile booking journey and identify opportunities to improve customer conversion.

Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across buses, terminals, signage, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

Develop strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tourism boards, hotels, attraction operators, corporate clients, and local businesses.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour analysis to support marketing decisions.

Plan and manage the marketing budget while monitoring CPA, campaign efficiency, and ROI.

Coordinate with agencies, designers, influencers, KOLs, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

Be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays when required for campaigns, events, and launches.
