# SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

**Location:** Kulai, & Bandar Penawar Johor

### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team in Kulai. The role combines **retail sales, customer engagement, social media marketing and promotional activities** to drive sales and strengthen the OMG brand.

The ideal candidate is energetic, willing to learn, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to work as part of a team.

### Key Responsibilities

**Sales**

- Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp and online customers professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, PCs, printers, accessories and IT products.

- Achieve individual and branch sales targets.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Ensure sales transactions, product information and customer details are properly recorded in the system.

- Assist with product display, stock checking and store cleanliness.

**Marketing**

- Create and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.

- Assist in preparing promotional campaigns, product launches and sales activities.

- Take product photos/videos and prepare simple marketing materials.

- Respond to customer enquiries and comments on social media.

- Follow up with leads generated from online marketing campaigns.

- Monitor basic social media performance and customer engagement.

- Support offline marketing activities, events and collaborations with schools, companies and local communities.

**General**

- Work closely with the sales, technician and management teams.

- Maintain a professional and positive working environment.

- Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.

### Requirements

- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Marketing, Business, Retail, IT or related field is an advantage.

- Experience in sales, retail, digital marketing or customer service is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops and IT products is an advantage.

- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Target-oriented, responsible and punctual.

- Able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
