Full Time Quantity Surveyor Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Ming Hing Aluminium Selangor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering , Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.

Candidate with Diploma, having less than 1 year working experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills: Quantity Takeoff, Cost Estimation, AutoCAD, Any Skill, Quantity surveying, Budget Management 

Able to communicate in English especially Mandarin

Able to work independently.

Able to work under tight timeline and ability to multi-tasking.

Hander on experience in project management will be an added advantage.

Able to read drawing and Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Study tender specifications and drawings

Administration & monitor product license

Prepare Bills and/or Schedules of quantities/Estimate the quantity and costs of materials

Prepare contracts and documents

Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials

Evaluate, verify and recommend certificates received for payment

Responsible in taking off quantities, preparation of main claims, sub-contractors' progress payment, variations and site measurements

Track project schedule and milestone and resolve issues to ensure that the project schedule is accomplished

Responsible for cost control

Ensure requirements are met to customer’s criteria

To liaise closing with client, consultant and sub-contractor

Assist in resolving all the technical and contract issues in an efficient and cost effective manner

Responsible for project coordination, supervision and project monitoring

Familiar in BQ and tender preparation

Documentation and Record Keeping maintain accurate and organized project
