Requirements
- Assist in the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Support production staff with various tasks, including material handling, machine operation, and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Operate and maintain basic production equipment as instructed, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any issues.
- Accurately record production data, such as output, scrap, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in daily operations, including material handling, assembly, and packaging of components.
- Support production supervisors in coordinating workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining production schedules.
- Operate and monitor production machinery as instructed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles and good manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, receiving incoming materials, and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes.
- Communicate any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to the relevant personnel.
