Able to communicate in Mandarin Speaker

Physically fit and willing to be stationed full-time in a production environment

Check order details (items, quantity, variants) against the packing list.

Pick correct products from stock/storage according to each order.

Pack items securely following food safety and hygiene standards.

Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during shipping.

Label parcels accurately with correct customer names, addresses, and order numbers.

Attach shipping labels/airway bills (AWB) from courier or platform systems (e.g., DHL, Shopee Express)

Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team or courier for daily pickup and dispatch.

Maintain a clean and organized packing area in line with GMP/HACCP/Halal compliance requirements.

Familiar with POS (Point-of-Sale) system for processing and recording orders.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
