Provide professional and timely customer support for users of a leading social media platform.

Handle customer enquiries and concerns through designated support channels.

Assist users with account, platform, product, and service-related enquiries.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.

Follow established processes, guidelines, and service quality standards.

Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Stay updated on platform features, policies, procedures, and service updates.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Minimum Diploma qualification or above.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.
