Qualifications:

• Strong research skills, including literature review, research design, data collection, and analysis.
• Proficiency in academic writing, editing, and preparing manuscripts for journals and conferences.
• Ability to use relevant analytical, statistical, or computational tools and software for the research field.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and presentation skills for collaboration and dissemination of findings.
• Bachelor degree (Fast-track) and Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline; a strong academic record and research potential.
• Demonstrated motivation for independent, long-term research and problem-solving.
• Experience with project management, time management, and meeting research milestones.
• Prior research experience, publications, or industry collaboration in the relevant area is an advantage.
• Willingness to reside in Johor Bahru and work on-site, complying with UTM’s academic and ethical standards.
