Full Time Junior Chemical Engineer-Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in INNOCHEMS TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Review the client’s scope of work and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Assist with site surveys, system volume calculations, chemical quantity estimates and temporary circulation setup planning.
• Prepare chemical cleaning method statements, equipment lists, sampling plans and work instructions for review by the senior engineer.
• Participate in site risk assessments and follow approved cleaning procedures, permit conditions and chemical handling requirements.
• Monitor and record cleaning parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature and pH. Assist with sampling, troubleshoot issues with the site team and promptly report deviations.
• Compare cleaning results against agreed client acceptance criteria. Prepare daily progress updates and final job reports, and maintain project records in line with the company’s ISO document control procedures.
• Review job results with the project team and suggest ways to improve cleaning effectiveness, reduce chemical consumption and shorten cleaning time. Assist with trials of revised cleaning methods when required.
• Attend client technical meetings when requested and follow up on assigned actions.

Job Type: Full-time
