Full Time Onsite Support Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Xetron Solutions Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and IT support to business users across different working environments.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day IT issues involving computers, laptops, peripherals and business systems.
• Assist with the deployment, installation and configuration of IT equipment and software.
• Perform routine system checks, equipment maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support users with Windows applications, Microsoft Office and other commonly used business software.
• Attend service requests and provide appropriate technical solutions within the required timeframe.
• Conduct equipment replacement, upgrades and basic system testing when necessary.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of service activities, equipment assignments and troubleshooting cases.
• Ensure all assigned support tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures.
• Carry out other technical duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant technical support experience are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a good technical foundation are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware components, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
• Able to manage tasks independently and work effectively with team members.
• Comfortable travelling to different work locations to provide technical assistance.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
