Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Johor Baharu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves identifying and pursuing new prospects, managing relationships with existing partners, and promoting Dawn Bridge’s services and initiatives to families, schools, and organizations in the special needs ecosystem. The specialist will plan and execute sales campaigns, coordinate marketing activities, and support educational and awareness programs that align with the company’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presentations and training sessions, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, analyzing market trends, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and outreach activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that sales and marketing efforts effectively communicate Dawn Bridge’s values and impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage empathetically and professionally with families, partners, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a consultative manner.
• Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to deliver workshops, briefings, and awareness sessions related to special needs support.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management abilities, such as pipeline management, basic forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in marketing or outreach, familiarity with the special needs or education sector, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
