Retail Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for someone to join us at Jion Pharmacy YMCA Branch (Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd)
No pharmacy experience? No problem. Fresh graduates and candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply. We value your attitude and willingness to learn!

1. Salary and Rewards

• RM1,800 – RM2,700 per month

3. What You Will Do

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable healthcare and wellness products
• Assist with customer enquiries and refer medication-related or clinical questions to the pharmacist when necessary.
• Learn about medicines, vitamins, supplements, personal care products, and other pharmacy items.
• Handle cashiering, sales transactions, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Maintain neat product displays and a clean, organised pharmacy environment.
