• Assist in data entry of invoices, payments, and accounting transactions.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare and organize finance-related documents and filing.
• Assist in reconciliation of supplier statements and records.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Support monthly closing activities and report preparation.
• Assist in tracking staff claims, petty cash, and payment schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Pay: RM790.00 - RM800.00 per month
