Yuvin Distributor Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing F&B distributor based in Batu Caves, supplying F&B essentials like food packaging, dry goods, kitchenware, cleaning supplies and more to restaurants, kopitiams, and hawker stalls across Malaysia. As we're expanding our footprint, we are looking for a team of energetic, customer-first Retail Sales & Live Commerce Associate to join our store operations.

About this role

In this role, you are the face and voice of our brand—driving sales through face-to-face customer engagement, hosting dynamic live-selling streams, and delivering exceptional service and issue resolution.If you love interacting with people, comfortable on camera, and take pride in turning customer challenges into great experiences, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

• In-Store Consultation: Greet walk-in customers, advise them on the most suitable products for their needs, and guide purchasing decisions
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving all customer complaints,inquiries, product returns, or service issues promptly and professionally
• POS & Cashiering: Handle the POS system, process payments accurately, and maintain cash drawer integrity.
• Basic Inventory Management: Routinely monitor stock levels, request low-stock items, and receive inventory as they arrive
• Live Selling Host: Drive outlet sales via active product demonstrations and live viewer engagement
• Raw Content Filming: Capture raw, high-energy video clips from time to time according to production guidelines set by HQ

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, store operations, customer service, or live stream hosting (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, FB Live)
• Fluent in Spoken BM & English

• Self-Starter Mindset: Able to balance floor traffic, live streaming schedules, and light outlet tasks independently without constant supervision.
