Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Johore, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will handle employee relations, performance management coordination, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and company standards. The role includes maintaining accurate HR records, supporting HR data reporting, and collaborating with managers to address workforce planning and development needs. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will also contribute to HR process improvements and support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies development, interpretation, and implementation to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and problem resolution.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, and experience managing employee relations and performance management processes.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS or HR-related systems, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior or advanced HR generalist capacity, would be beneficial.
