Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Promoter to drive product sales within the home appliances and electrical category. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and helping shoppers find products that suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product awareness by introducing available home appliances and electrical items to shoppers.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable products according to their requirements and budget.
• Explain product functions, technical features, prices, warranties, and ongoing promotions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to help customers understand how the products work.
• Apply effective selling techniques to encourage purchases and achieve assigned sales goals.
• Keep the assigned product section clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Check stock availability and coordinate with outlet staff on replenishment needs.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and competitor offerings.
• Build good working relationships with outlet personnel and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Submit sales records and report customer feedback or operational concerns to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or product promotion is an advantage.
• Comfortable approaching customers and explaining product information.
• Good communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Willing to learn about home appliances, electrical products, and their features.
• Self-motivated and committed to achieving sales targets.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow outlet procedures.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining good teamwork with outlet staff.
