Full Time Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ENERGY PIPELINE SERVICES (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Role and Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare machining manufacturing process router from customer drawing and requirement.

• Manage machining manufacturing development, planning and process control.

• To improve and make our process control more robust so to reduce rework by working closely with production team in the workshop.

• Technological development for machining and provide all Engineering requirements and training during new product.

• To involve in investigation NCR (Non Conformance Record) during MRB (Material Review Board) meeting.

• Attending to HPO, HPP and HAO meeting with the sales team and production team to plan processes.

• To update and maintain customer’s specification.

• To verify mill cert as per customer’s specification.

• To provide technical advice on customer’s drawing.

• To monitor maintenance of production equipment & plant facilities.

• Plan for all production cycle time needed on each production orders base on machining cycle time and loading time.

• Responsible for continuous improvement activities and projects to improve efficiency, quality and/or cost.

• Perform any other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous and someone responsible.

• Must be self-driven, independent and results oriented.

• Dynamic and motivated with strong ability to develop, negotiate and close new opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
