Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our cleaning services business and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Our main customers include residential condominiums, apartments, property management companies and other property/facility operators.

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales/business development is preferred, but suitable candidates with the right attitude may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable approaching and communicating with new customers.

• Self-motivated and able to follow up consistently.

• Able to organise leads and maintain proper sales records.

• Basic computer skills.

• Own transport is preferred.

• Identify and approach potential customers.

• Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.

• Introduce and explain the company's cleaning services to prospective clients.

• Arrange meetings and site visits with potential customers.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tender opportunities.

• Maintain records of leads, quotations and follow-up activities.

• Build relationships with property managers, management bodies and potential business partners.

• Assist management in preparing information required for quotations and tenders.

• Follow up with existing customers and gather feedback where required.

• Report sales activities and progress to management.
