We're Hiring: Video Editor (Creative & Performance Content)

Not just editing videos. We want someone who brings ideas to life!

- Location: Balakong, Selangor
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
- Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily
- Full-Time / Internship

Salary:

• Full-Time: RM2,500 – RM4,000 (Based on skills & capabilities)
• Internship: RM1,200 – RM1,800
• Performance incentives subject to company scheme

We're looking for a Video Editor who thinks beyond editing, someone who enjoys exploring new ideas, experimenting with content and continuously finding ways to make videos better.

You don't need to know everything. But you should be curious enough to keep learning.

What You'll Do

Create & Edit

• Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Shopee, Instagram and Facebook.
• Edit product demonstrations, promotional content and marketing videos.
• Use storytelling, hooks, captions, sound and visual effects to make content more engaging.
• Participate in indoor, outdoor and product shoots when required.

Explore & Experiment

• Propose creative content ideas instead of simply waiting for instructions.
• Explore TikTok trends, competitor content and new storytelling approaches.
• Experiment with different hooks, editing styles and product-selling angles.
• Explore AI tools and new technologies to improve creative productivity.

Learn & Improve

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand content performance.
• Identify what makes a video attract attention and encourage customers to buy.
• Learn from successful and unsuccessful content to improve future videos.
• Manage your creative projects, deadlines and content files responsibly.

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels and short-form content.
• Basic filming, lighting and composition knowledge.
• Creative, proactive and willing to try new approaches.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Willing to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but skills and portfolio matter more than certificates.
