• Assisting the Manager in gathering sustainability data, supporting ESG reporting, and helping to implement internal sustainability programs — contributing to broader corporate sustainability goals and readiness for future growth, including IPO aspirations.
• Collect and compile ESG-related data from multiple departments to support internal tracking and external reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and others.
• Support basic carbon accounting and GHG emissions tracking under the supervision of senior ESG team members.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Maintain organized documentation related to ESG audits, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Help coordinate internal sustainability initiatives and awareness campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of ESG ratings and disclosures (e.g., CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics).
• Monitor progress on ESG KPIs and action plans; help prepare updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for sustainability projects, meetings, and training sessions.
• Stay updated on emerging ESG topics to contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement.
