Full Time Manufacturing Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in H A S Energy Industrial (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.

Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing or related industry.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.

Familiarity with production planning, quality control and process improvement.

Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the production team.

Possess own transportation and able to travel.

Plan, develop and improve manufacturing processes for steel fabrication works.

Prepare and review engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and technical specifications to ensure production and/or project site feasibility.

Monitor production progress, productivity, material usage and product quality.

Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce production costs and material wastage.

Coordinate with Production Department, QA/QC, Procurement Department and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical solutions to production problems.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.

Support the implementation of new equipment, fabrication methods and manufacturing technologies.

Any other ad-hoc tasks given by HOD/Manager.
