You will drive production excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring target outputs and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Monitor daily output metrics to ensure overall operational targets and quality benchmarks are met.

• Analyze production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency.

• Maximize the deployment and utility of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues collaboratively alongside cross-functional engineering teams.

• Execute continuous improvement methods including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma projects.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience within electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments.

• Practical experience driving yield improvement projects and managing core production KPIs.

• Background in precision manufacturing or specialized electronic component operations.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative communication approach.
