Skills Required

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production tasks.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work shifts, overtime or weekends when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in printing, manufacturing or production operations is an advantage.

• Experience operating printing or finishing machinery will be an added advantage.

• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Able to follow safety procedures and production standards.

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined and quality-conscious.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate printing machines and production equipment according to established procedures.

• Set up and prepare machines before commencing production.

• Check printing materials, paper, ink, substrates and other production requirements.

• Follow production schedules and work instructions to achieve daily production targets.

• Monitor machine performance and printing quality throughout the production process.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure printed materials meet required specifications and quality standards.

• Check colour accuracy, print alignment, registration, finishing and overall product quality.

• Identify defective or non-conforming products and separate them for further inspection.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting when required.
