• Lead and develop the Sales Department across the group.
• Coach and guide all Sales Leaders across the hotels to improve performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
