Full Time Equipment Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,200 in Sustio Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Engineer (Equipment) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance support, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance, reliability, and productivity.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain equipment maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance using MTTR and MTBF methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and reliability improvement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and automation is an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
