Full Time Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,700 in CrossRoad Cafe Johor - Maukerja

SERVICE CREW –

* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take customers’ orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and according to café standards.
* Ensure tables, dining areas and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
* Assist with table setup, clearing and resetting after customers leave.
* Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
* Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to café SOPs.
* Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
* Follow café rules, service standards and operational procedures.
* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,050.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
