Job description:

1. To comply on Customer Handling procedure based on PSM standard especially in reception, delivery area or any other area related with customer and technical personnel.

2. To establish and maintain good customer relations by conducting service reminder and follow up.

3. To handle telephone inquiries (eg: appointment booking etc) and assist customers accordingly.

4. To inform and promote any new product/accessories or campaign available.

5. To monitor and update Customer Request Order based on Perodua policy.

6. To assist Perodua HQ for any technical & service information required.

7. To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.

8. To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.

9. To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
