Key Responsibilities:

• New Product Development (NPD) & product improvement

• Food formulation, product trials & sensory evaluation

• Factory scale-up & product commercialization

• Ingredient evaluation & cost feasibility

• Food labelling & regulatory compliance

• Work closely with Production, QA, Marketing, Purchasing & Sales teams

We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition Science or related field

• Relevant experience in food product development / food manufacturing

• Hands-on, creative and strong in problem-solving

• Experience in snacks, nuts or preserved fruits will be an advantage
