Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and able to handle documents and data accurately.

Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in administration, customer service, inventory, or operations is an advantage.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other related documents.

Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

Follow up on order status, delivery arrangements, service requests, and pending documents.

Assist with after-sales service documentation, including repair, exchange, collection, and return requests.

Update and maintain records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and service transactions.

Assist with stock and inventory-related documentation.

Prepare basic reports and perform general administrative duties.

Maintain proper filing and documentation.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
