Job Description

i) Payroll

• Responsible to checking, monitor and follow up on the daily attendance, leave management, and daily payroll support.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employees' information’s updating in the payroll system, and proper employee profile documentation.
• Responsible for the accurate of monthly payrolls.
• Check to ensure that calculation of basic salaries, overtime & allowances are computed correctly and in compliance with the statutory requirements.
• Responsible to check the attendance records in the Payroll E-time system retrieved from fingertec devices.
• Responsible for SOCSO & EIS updating new employees and resign employees.
• Responsible for updating foreign employee's the latest permit renewal in the SOCSO portal.
• To perform any other Payroll-related task or assignment as assigned by Senior Executive for time to time.

ii) Recruitment

• Sourcing candidates through job portal.
• Screening candidates according to department request & budget.
• Schedule the interview between candidates & head of department accordingly.
• Assist onboarding process in respect of documentation & orientation.
• Assist offboarding process in respect of documentation & exit interview.

iii) Training

• Manage HRDF account (claim submission, apply grant etc).
• Manage end-to-end training (TNA, coordination etc).
• Revise training, policy, SOP & related form.
• Monitoring competency training.
• Involved in internal/external audit.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant working experience, especially in payroll, recruitment & training.
• High level of integrity and understand the Payroll confidentially at all times.
• Fast leaners. Eye for details and accuracy in deliverables.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
