Full Time Reliability Test Engineer (Hardware) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Company Confidentials Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of reliability tests and the development and improvement of testing procedures.
• Conduct reliability tests to identify potential product design issues, record test data, and prepare test reports.
• Assist in failure mode analysis and root cause analysis, document findings, and recommend improvement measures.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and other relevant departments to support reliability testing and improvement activities.
• Keep up to date with new technologies, tools, and methodologies in reliability testing and support their practical implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of reliability engineering and reliability analysis; familiarity with relevant industry standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in office software, with familiarity with basic programming tools.
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand technical documents, write emails, and communicate quality issues effectively.
• Experience with hardware products in the electronics or ICT industry is preferred.
• Experience in testing or quality assurance for overseas customer projects is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and learning abilities.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
