Full Time Engineer II Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Iotronix Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Set up, buy off and perform PM & calibrate for AOI machines for printed circuit board (PCBA) inspection.
• Operate the AOI system to inspect soldering quality, component placement, and other key factors of PCB assembly.
• Develop, update, and optimize AOI programs to ensure accurate and efficient inspection.
• Work with design teams to tailor inspection parameters according to specific product requirements.
• Analyze AOI inspection results and identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failures detected by the AOI systems and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain inspection data to generate reports on product quality and trends.
• Work with the quality control team to address defects and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement and improve inspection processes
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to increase inspection efficiency and reduce defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of AOI equipment to ensure operational reliability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on AOI systems, inspection processes, and troubleshooting.
• Offer technical support and guidance for any issues encountered during the inspection process.
• Ensure that the AOI inspection process complies with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, maintenance logs, and process adjustments.
• Set up, buy off and perform PM & calibrate for SPI machines.
• Develop and update SPI recipe as per product specification requirements.
• Analyze and contain issues of SPI product parameters OOC/OOS.
