Freelance Freelance Accountant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Asia Wine Cellar Pte. LTD. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Accountant required. 
You will be responsible for managing the FULL SET of company's accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s tax submissions, financial reporting and operations.
Understanding and familiarity with Singapore's accounting and GST requirements are musts.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and hands-on, with strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Hybrid / remote working while maintaining full time corporate responsibility is acceptable. 
Freelancers may be considered. 

·       Handle full-set accounts and day-to-day accounting operations. 

·       Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations. 

·       Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. 

·       Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. 

·       Ensure all accounting transactions and records are accurate and properly maintained. 

·       Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding matters. 

·       Prepare financial schedules and assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring. 

·       Submission of quarterly and annual tax reports. 

·       Liaise with external parties when required. 

·       Assist with audit, tax and statutory requirements. 

·       Identify discrepancies and support improvements to accounting processes and internal controls. 

·       Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
