Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to support the daily operations of our center. You will play a vital role in ensuring our students have a clean, safe, and nurturing environment to learn and grow in.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Perform daily basic cleaning to ensure the school compound remains tidy, sanitary, and welcoming for children.
• Meal Preparation: Carefully prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea breaks.
• Student Care: Assist in the daily routine of the children, including helping with showers after lunch and ensuring their comfort.
• Facilities Maintenance: Support the upkeep of our outdoor spaces, including daily gardening and watering of plants.
• General Support: Execute any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Principal to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Requirements

• Attitude: A patient, hardworking, and disciplined individual who enjoys being around children.
• Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, cooking, or childcare is an added advantage but not required.
• Skills: Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols strictly.
• Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work well in a team environment.
• Location: Based in or able to commute to Batu Pahat.

Bonus Assets (Special Consideration)

• Certified Food Handler: Candidates who have already attended the Kursus Pengendalian Makanan (Food Handling Course) by a KKM-certified training provider.
• Medical Compliance: Possession of a valid, up-to-date Typhoid (Anti-Tifoid) Injection card/slip (taken within the last 3 years).
• Gardening Skills: A "Green Thumb" or interest in daily gardening and maintaining the school’s landscape.
• Childcare Affinity: Previous experience in a Taska or Tadika environment, with a patient and helpful nature toward young children.
