Full Time VIP Service Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Forest City Golf Hotel Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; F&B or hospitality training will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or F&B service is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication skills with a pleasant personality and strong customer service attitude.

Able to handle basic cashiering duties and operate POS systems accurately.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a responsible and positive attitude.

Greet and welcome guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

· Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, ensuring correct items and special requests.

· Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas before, during, and after service.

· Set up and clear tables, including linens, utensils, glassware, and condiments.

· Assist in the preparation and setup of dining or banquet areas as required.

· Respond to guest requests, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

· Handle billing and payments if assigned, following hotel cashiering procedures.

· Report any guest complaints or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

· Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

· Assist with food preparation or packaging for take away when necessary.

· Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.

· Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
