Must be fluent in Mandarin,English and Malay, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Possess excellent sales and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Must be able to work onsite at our Petaling Jaya office located at Kelana Business Centre. The building next to Glenmarie LRT station (5 minutes’ walk)

Possess a Diploma qualification or equivalent.

Proactively engage potential customers in Mandarin via outbound calls to introduce company products and services, aiming to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions in Mandarin, addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections to drive sales conversions.

Maintain a high level of customer service by providing accurate information, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Accurately record customer interactions, sales progress, and relevant data into the call center software system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on customer needs and market trends, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.

Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while demonstrating adaptability to individual customer needs and conversational flow.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of call center operations.
