Full Time Manufacturing Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in CTI International (M) Johor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing readiness and execution activities for semiconductor assembly projects such as wafer processing & megasonic from NPI stage until production handover.
• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, assembly flow, manpower planning, tooling requirements, line setup, and production strategies for supermodule builds.
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, assembly structures, customer specifications, and process requirements to ensure manufacturability and production feasibility.
• Coordinate production build planning including material readiness, tooling readiness, fixture requirements, production scheduling, and process sequencing.
• Support development and implementation of OMS, work instructions, assembly references, process parameters, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation.
• Drive production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for assembly, fitment, dimensional, cosmetic, and process-related issues during NPI and HVM stages.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution and manufacturing readiness.
• Support pilot runs, first-piece validation, line qualification, operator training, and production ramp-up activities.
• Monitor manufacturing performance including cycle time, yield, productivity, quality trends, and process stability to drive continuous improvement activities.
• Govern manufacturing changes, process updates, routing revisions, tooling improvements, and implementation of engineering changes for semiconductor assembly projects.
• Support MRB activities, containment actions, rework planning, and disposition review for manufacturing-related issues.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cleanroom handling procedures where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, NPI, or high-mix production environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly flow, production planning, & manufacturing execution for complex assemblies/supermodules.
• Strong coordination, communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking capability with the ability to support production floor activities, urgent builds, engineering change management, production readiness reviews, and manufacturing KPI monitoring is an added advantage.
• Proficient in engineering documentation, ERP/MOM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, cleanroom, or complex module assembly environments with familiarity in MRB processes, engineering change management, production readiness reviews, and manufacturing KPI monitoring is an added advantage.
