Full Time QC Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Eng Teknologi Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:-

• Perform inspection and quality checks on products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Ensure proper product identification and traceability.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports in a timely manner.
• Report product defects, quality issues, and machine/tooling problems to the supervisor.
• Raise non-conformance reports (NCR/IDR) for defective products and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and properly use quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Support first article inspection, audit activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QA area and workplace.
• Follow all company safety, health, and environmental (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Participate in EHS programs and report workplace hazards or incidents promptly.
• Work closely with the team to achieve quality targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, and basic SPC.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
