Job Overview

Responsible for providing module support, maintaining tester equipment, and ensuring smooth laboratory operations through shift-based scheduling.

Job Requirements

• SKM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are preferred. Candidates with 1 year of working experience are also welcome to apply.

• Preferably candidates who can speak Mandarin only

• Able to work on a shift-based schedule.

• Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Provide full operational coverage for module support, including Level 1.5 debugging.

• Support daily laboratory operations through shift-based scheduling.

• Respond to technical support requests via email, Microsoft Teams, or Redphone.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic corrective maintenance on tester equipment.

• Monitor equipment performance, record abnormalities, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Maintain tools, jigs, and accessories in proper working condition.

• Ensure compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), safety, and laboratory operational protocols.
