Full Time Material Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,999 in FENGSHI METAL TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material requirements based on production schedules, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Prepare and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and production supplies.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and material consumption to prevent shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on material delivery status and resolve material shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
• Review and update material planning data, stock levels, and delivery schedules in the ERP system.
• Identify potential material shortages and take proactive action to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory and support inventory control initiatives.
• Prepare material planning reports and ensure accurate documentation and records are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing industries such as sheet metal fabrication, metal stamping, machining, or electrical cabinet assembly will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory control, and ERP systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with different departments.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM9,999.00 per month
