Full Time ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Big Fat Smile Johor - Maukerja

Join our growing warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment and offline retail distribution team.

Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian homegrown consumer goods business behind brands including BIG+. As our business expands across online marketplaces and offline retail channels, we are looking for a capable, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team, strengthen daily operations, and build practical, scalable processes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock movements and stocktaking activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely e-commerce and offline order fulfilment, including order cut-offs, retail purchase orders, packing/labelling requirements and dispatch readiness.
• Own the development, implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse SOPs, workflows and operational controls; investigate root causes of recurring errors.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare performance reports and updates for management; track order accuracy, stock accuracy, productivity and improvement actions.
• Coordinate retail distribution requirements, including PO accuracy, delivery schedules, documentation and delivery exceptions with relevant teams and partners.
• Support manpower, storage capacity and warehouse layout planning as the business scales.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; relevant practical experience also considered.
• Preferably 4+ years in warehouse / fulfilment operations and meaningful experience leading a team; strong candidates with shorter tenure may be considered based on proven results.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on e-commerce fulfilment experience and an understanding of B2B / offline retail distribution workflows.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills; able to handle people matters and guide a team through operational changes.
• Hands-on, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to demonstrate improvements personally implemented in SOPs, workflow efficiency, fulfilment accuracy or inventory control.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
