Full Time Project Manager/Program Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Hirehub Management Johor - Maukerja

At least 5 years of experience in the sheet metal or machining industry, and must have superior experience within it.

Experience in project management within manufacturing environment.

High proficiency in different language in order to have smooth conversation with different clients

Manage the project team.

Prepare and oversee RFQs (Request for Quotation).

Oversee all customers and ensure timely delivery schedules are met.

Follow up on internal and external sales activities, including customer visits when required.

Responsible for pre- and post-sales account management.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to develop long-term relationships.

Develop new business opportunities and customer connections.

Gather and analyze market information, including competitor pricing and strategies.

Develop and maintain standard costing to ensure product costing accuracy and project profitability.

Implement and update departmental procedures and work instructions.

Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
