Develop interior design concepts and layouts for new restaurants and renovation projects.

Prepare floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, mood boards, and detailed drawings.

Plan restaurant spaces including dining areas, kitchen, bar, cashier, storage, service areas, and staff areas.

Ensure designs support efficient customer and staff flow.

Select suitable furniture, fixtures, materials, colours, lighting, and finishes.

Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and restaurant concept.

Conduct site visits, measurements, inspections, and renovation assessments.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, M&E teams, and other consultants.

Monitor renovation progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Check workmanship, materials, and finishing quality during renovation.

Identify and resolve design or site issues promptly.

Assist with preparing project budgets, material specifications, quotations, and schedules.

Ensure renovation projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Keep updated on current restaurant design trends, materials, and construction methods.

Manage multiple restaurant design and renovation projects when required.

Perform other duties related to interior design and restaurant development as assigned by management.
