Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and integrate new equipment, production lines, tooling, and fixtures.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repair to resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment qualification, and validation, including preparation of technical reports.
• Perform electronic troubleshooting, including PLC programming and hardware interfacing.
• Fine-tune equipment parameters to ensure smooth operation and improve production yield.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment validation, and technical changes.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and process optimization to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on equipment installation, maintenance, and improvements.
• Ensure all equipment and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and operational procedures.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Comfortable with working shift.
• Basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and hardware interfacing is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Able to work independently and support continuous equipment improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
