Full Time Punchlist Coordinator Jobs, in Airswift Johor - Maukerja

Job Title: Punchlist Coordinator

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

This opportunity supports project completion and handover activities within an oil and gas environment, with a strong focus on punch list coordination, Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, and startup readiness. The role is responsible for tracking punch items across disciplines and systems, supporting walkdowns and closure verification, and helping maintain progress toward key handover milestones. This position offers exposure to cross-functional coordination with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, Vendors, and Operations teams.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in related fields of materials management, planning, inventories, and purchasing for oil and gas projects
• Experience across at least one FPSO project through relevant phases

Required Skills:

• Coordinate the registration, tracking, and close-out of punch list items across all disciplines and systems
• Maintain punch list databases and provide accurate reporting of punch status and closure progress
• Liaise effectively with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, Vendors, and Operations teams to support timely resolution of punch items
• Prioritize and monitor critical punch items affecting Mechanical Completion, Ready for Commissioning, Ready for Start-Up, and handover milestones
• Verify completion evidence and supporting documentation before punch closure
• Support system walkdowns, punch listing activities, closure verification inspections, and final system acceptance activities
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and completion status updates
• Identify punch closure bottlenecks and escalate issues affecting commissioning and startup schedules
• Ensure punch close-out activities comply with project completion and handover procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Handover, or Punch List Management
